Zucchini Applesauce Bread

Recipe for Zucchini Applesauce Bread by J.E.B. Spredemann

In my upcoming book, An Amish Deception, one of Jacob King’s favorite treats is Leah’s Zucchini Applesauce Bread. My friend, Esther Keim, just so happens to have a recipe for it in her book, A Taste of Amish Cooking (and more).

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as Jacob does!
