Amish Quilts of Indiana series

Friday’s Feature: Dottie’s Quilt by Sarah Price

I’m so excited to let you know that Dottie’s Quilt is now available! My Amish Quilts of Indiana series focuses on the young women in a Shipshewana-based community. Each book focuses on one young woman as they deal with life changes symbolized by their wedding quilts.

Hopefully, you have read all about Annie, Becky, and Carolyn (if not, click HERE to order them) and are ready to meet Dottie. You will LOVE her. Click HERE to buy a copy of Dottie’s Quilt!

Sewing love one stitch at a time.

It’s wedding season in Shipshewana and Dottie Lee is less than thrilled. It’s bad enough that three of her friends are getting married over the next few weeks, but Dottie dreads the tradition of being paired up with an Amish man at the wedding meals. To make matters worse, her mother is determined to find her a husband and thinks that making a wedding quilt will open the door for callers.

Dottie’s determination to remain single, however, gets challenged when she meets Enos Dienner at the grocery store. He’s friendly, funny, and far different from any other Amish man in her church district. She wouldn’t have given him a second thought except he keeps showing up in the strangest places, including Annie’s wedding.

Is his unexpected appearance coincidence or is someone secretly playing a matchmaker? There’s only one way for Dottie to find out for certain and she intends to get to the bottom of the matter…one way or the other.

Sarah Price is the author of the Plain Fame series and the Amish of Ephrata series, among other books. She comes from a long line of devout Mennonites, and her writing reflects accurate and authentic stories based upon her own experiences with several Amish communities. Visit her at and on Facebook.
