Next week, Annie’s Quilt is being released. Have you preordered it yet?
The Amish Quilts of Indiana follows a community of young women in Shipshewana. Each book in the series tells the story of love found and sometimes love lost. There is nothing quite as heart-warming as a relationship founded in the faith of God. Pure, simple, and realistic to how life is among the Amish. That is my goal with this new eBook series.
My longer novels being published with Kensington Press such as Belle, Ella, and Sadie (the last two can also be preordered) are more in-depth with underlying stories and secondary characters. The romance aspect of those novels are a little more complicated. I love writing those novels, believe me. There is nothing like a romantic “thriller”. 🙂
But I also like writing the shorter novellas like The Amish Quilts of Indiana. I have so many ideas for stories. Literally, I must come up with two or three ideas a day. My mind is a crazy place to be…we should all be thankful that it’s confined to my head (ha ha). But I want to share more stories with my readers. These shorter novels are perfect for that!
I’m fortunate that my publisher supports me in this. In fact, they have also authorized me to include an excerpt for Ella in Annie’s Quilt. Isn’t that great? So please preorder it and don’t forget to review it on Amazon. The more reviews, the more motivated I get for writing more books. A happy author is a prolific one. <3
SIDE NOTE: Some readers might wonder why I am offering it only in eBook format and just for the Kindle. First of all, the novellas are approximately 150 pages long so it’s hard to print an affordable paperback for my readers. Second, anyone with a computer can download the Amazon Kindle application for free. I often snuggle up with my laptop and read books or magazines at night. It’s not that bad! Third, with Amazon, I can offer it for FREE to people who have the Kindle Unlimited program. However, in order to do so, I must offer it exclusively through Amazon. It’s a great program so if you don’t belong, consider joining it. FREE books are always a good thing.
